Beetles Are Having a Fiesta!

Ick yuck!  I discovered what was eating my blue lake bush bean plants by turning over the leaf.  Look what I found!  It's the Mexican bean beetle.  Agggghhh!

Extension service suggested 2 Tbs baby shampoo + 2 Tbs veggie oil + 1 gallon water sprayed on plant with spray bottle. I did this this morning...will let you know. Ick ick ick I feel like there are Mexican bean beetles crawling all over me.
